Jim Connor leads The Strahman Group. He and the Strahman team deliver high-quality, reliable washdown cleaning and process & valve automation solutions to customers across food & beverage and high-end industrial markets, where safety, quality, and performance are critical.
Jim earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering from Penn State University and an M.B.A with a concentration in Finance from Villanova University.
With almost 30 years of industrial experience at companies such as Emerson and other privately held and PE-backed businesses, Jim brings deep expertise in commercial strategy, go-to-market execution, and business leadership, and is focused on continuing Strahman’s growth and long-term value creation within FCH.
