Chief Financial Officer
Jim DiSanto leads both the Finance and Information Technology functions. A seasoned financial executive, Jim has over 25 years of financial leadership experience across U.S. and International footprints with public companies, multi-generational family, and private equity backed businesses. His background spans manufacturing, industrial equipment, first responder PPE & equipment, material handling, and diversified industrial services.
Jim earned an M.B.A. from Russell Sage College and a Bachelor’s degree from SUNY Plattsburgh.
Jim is recognized for his strengths in driving financial performance, leading capital initiatives, building high-performing teams, being a thought partner and cross-functional leadership in mid-to-large organizations. He combines strategic insight with operational execution and has led Finance and IT functions through growth, transition, and restructuring phases.
