Kevin leads inorganic growth initiatives, working closely with the senior leadership to identify, evaluate, and execute strategic acquisitions. Kevin serves as the primary liaison with target companies, guiding sellers, especially founder-led businesses, through the transaction process.
Kevin earned bachelor’s degrees in finance and history from The Ohio State University.
Before FCH, Kevin spent 9 years at a private equity firm executing middle market buyouts of services and industrial companies. Kevin started his career at JPMorgan Chase in middle market banking and leveraged finance.
