consistently delivered excellence across functional areas in a rapidly growing organization. His diverse background spans 25 years with publicly traded, privately held, and private-equity–backed organizations. Sal’s career includes leadership roles with KKR’s Bettcher Industries,IDEX’s Gast Manufacturing, and both Festo and SMC within the pneumatics and automation industry.
