Tom leads enterprise-wide integration strategy and drives initiatives that support growth through acquisitions and operational transformation. Partnering closely with the executive leadership team, Tom is responsible for aligning integration efforts with corporate strategy, synergy realization, and translating strategic priorities into disciplined execution across the FCH portfolio.
He holds a bachelor’s degree from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.
Tom is deeply committed to nurturing collaborative environments that enable teams to innovate and thrive, particularly during times of change. His background spans mergers and acquisitions (M&A) integration, program management, finance, and operations. Tom has successfully led complex integration projects, established scalable Project Management Office (PMO) frameworks, and developed comprehensive enterprise roadmaps for organizations within the manufacturing and distribution sectors. These experiences highlight his ability to drive disciplined execution and support organizational transformation, ensuring that teams are both empowered and aligned with strategic priorities.
