Kevin leads Steel O’Brien and its division of companies across five locations. He is responsible for setting strategy and driving performance excellence across the commercial, quality, engineering, operations, and supply chain teams, while partnering closely with executive leadership, and private equity stakeholders to deliver sustainable growth and value creation.
Kevin earned a Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Maintenance Management and a Master’s degree in Technical Management.
An accomplished senior executive , Kevin brings more than 30 years of leadership experience across Aerospace & Defense, Semiconductor, Energy, Data Center Cooling, Food, Beverage, and Pharmaceutical markets. He has led large, multinational and multi-disciplined organizations and is recognized for his ability to define and execute innovative strategies that balance the needs of customers, employees, and investors. His background includes mergers and acquisitions, business consolidations, and both greenfield and brownfield start-ups, with a strong track record.
Known as an optimizer, Kevin drives continuous improvement across all areas of responsibility. His leadership approach combines strategic rigor with hands-on execution to deliver sustainable results in P&L leadership, change management, talent development and continuous improvement.
