Walt has built a legacy of helping people and organizations achieve personal and professional excellence. His experience extends well beyond the people side of business, having led and executed strategy in high-growth, private equity–backed, and privately held companies.
Walt earned a bachelor’s degree from the Wake Forest University School of Business and an M.B.A. from the Darden School at the University of Virginia.
Over decades of leadership, he has driven transformational growth initiatives, guided complex organizations through change, and played a key role in identifying acquisition targets and successfully onboarding more than 70 companies.
